What is a Key Account Manager?

A Key Account Manager is someone who oversees some of an organisations most important sales accounts. At EduConnect, a Key Account Manager does just that and more. They are responsible for delivery, management and reporting with respect to EduConnect clients. They are data driven individuals with meticulous attention to detail. They are organised and are great communicators.


EduConnect is looking for organisers, who have a meticulous attention to detail and an unyielding professionalism. Leading candidates will be systematic workers who ‘don’t miss a beat’. They will possess high quality communication skills and be able to work well under pressure.

New hires will be placed into challenging positions and be pushed to innovate in their arenas in order to improve company-wide efficiency. They will be expected to advance their knowledge in their field continuously and provide valuable insights to the team.
