How to be Healthy

There is a misconception that being healthy just includes eating healthy food and exercising. While nutrition and exercise do play a massive role in leading a healthy lifestyle, there are many other, interconnected components that impact your health. This course will explore all of the different facets that contribute to a healthy and balanced lifestyle, as well as help you to identify whether you are aware of these contributing factors in your own life and how to improve them. Most importantly, this course aims to help you build a lifestyle that is sustainable, healthy and allows you to reach your full potential.
